- CVD Graphene Wafer: Graphene wafer is fabricated using defect-free monolayer graphene synthesized on 8-inch wafer through chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology. Besides its relatively lower cost, this method produces high-purity graphene films (layers) to ensure high-quality resulting materials for applications in semiconductors and electronics.
